<div>Regarding the hypothetical from yesterday involving new law passed in Narnia, you mentioned that once a policy is done and adopted by the Board, the Council should not revisit that policy and it's up to the Board to request that if needed.</div>

<div>Since you are an original author of the PDP Manual, I am wondering what you make of Section 17, which deals with reviews of past policy recommendations and calls for periodic assessment of PDP policies.</div>
