Read it earlier and was pulled to this tidbit "*All DK domain names belong
to the sovereign state of Demark ...."*

No if, and or buts here!  Compare this stark ownership statement to the
situation of a gTLD name where the tendency is 'the fudge'; '*yeahhh but on
the other hand*..'.

I put it to you that kind of clarity makes for a whole whale of a
difference for management and policy-making.
