[CPWG] EPDP Final report - commence of public comment

As you know the GNSO Council adopted the EPDP Final report on the temporary Specification for registration data
https://www.icann.org/news/announcement-2019-03-04-en.

Accordingly ICANN org has commenced a Public Comment period<https://www.icann.org/public-comments/epdp-recs-2019-03-04-en> on 4 March on the EPDP Team's Final Report, which will close on 17 April 2019.
