[CPWG] [GTLD-WG] Joint NCUC-ALAC Outreach Session on Monday morning

Dear Tijani,

thanks for following-up on this and volunteering. I think we might have
to play it by ear depending on whether Alan is able to attend at that
later slot. Hopefully with enough active CPWG members in the room, it
won't be a challenge to explain how we do things in At-Large.
