[CPWG] [registration-issues-wg] tomorrow's discussion re: multistakeholder model

Dear Christopher,

Evin needs to have this by this weekend in order to process the thing on 
time. So, it will be over by Wednesday's call.

And "no other comments" cannot be assumed as support for your 
intervention. As the chief penholder, I feel the need to reflect the 
content properly in the summary, not start another discussion.  Unless 
other people chime in, that's my position.
