Dear Leon:
So noted, sir.

The story seemed a little off to me because taken on its face, it would
likely mean all other such transactions before the current Board would have
had to face the same hurdles. And, precipitate a real board governance
conundrum.

Further, I usually read the Board Resolutions coming from the meetings and
can't recall a mention. Just strange that this was never tagged someplace
somewhere before now.
