[CPWG] Excellent article on PIR case

I think we have to work on this issue in our own way as I am sure the Board
is doing and will let us know in due time.
I think we can give advice to the Board, but I don't like to single Leon
out and compromise him in his new role. We must remember that he cannot
openly support At-Large over other ICANN sectors, especially as Vice Chair.
At the same time, we know he is always watching our back .
But I believe we should do something.
