[CPWG] Excellent article on PIR case

I fully agree that we should not make Leon's position difficult by leaning
towards At-Large alone.  However, this .org issue is clearly highly related
to ICANN's credibility and survival.  Thus, I am asking Leon to stand out
on this for ICANN as a whole, which I believe is fully appropriate for his
role as VC.  Meanwhile, this will also give us a good reason for selecting
him to be on the Board (maybe even for his next term).

Meanwhile, I suggest ALAC to make our voice heard ASAP, because the time to
take action is limited.
