[CPWG] REMINDER / Meeting invitation: At-Large Consolidated Policy Working Group (CPWG) Call on Wednesday, 19 February 2020 at 13:00 UTC

I am just wondering whether power access and reliable networks have more impact on internet users than other topics currently discussed.
On the other hand, we are part of the ICANN ecosystem, so issues related to domain names, IP addresses and protocol parameters are the picked fence within our sandbox can extend - but we still have the overarching question on whether it is in ICANN’s remit to make sure that worldwide users have access to whatever ICANN can provide, that is a stable and secure Internet, but first and foremost an accessible one.
Just yet another stone in the puddle.
