distracted by the demand of thousands of remote workers on the network,
there is a spike in cybersecurity attacks worldwide. How can operators and
regulators work together to defend networks and consumers while maintaining
all-important services? Regulators and policy makers will discuss their
decisions and initiatives taken in response to the pandemic against a
backdrop of consumer protection and universal access to essential
information and services.
