[CPWG] URGENT TODAY deadline - ICANN 71 Plenary Topics

Okay, Thankyou. I have sent in three Session Topic Proposals:

- I have seen none others; where are they?

- When I SUBMIT a proposal, I have no idea where this goes, or what happens next.
  Given the short delays, there is very little relevant detail.

- Obviously, I shall not contact any presumptive participants until we know what is going ahead, or not as the case may be.
