[CPWG] CPWG Agenda : ALAC response to attempts to 'bounce' the ICANN Board.

For today's meeting, I wish to add 0 tthe agenda (not in AoB) the response from ALAC to this and - doubtless other – attempts to 'bouce' the ICANN Board into issuing the SubPro Report.
In short, I note that the above article :
- makes NO reference to the international dimension, including IDNs,

- makes NO reference to Advice to the Board from ALAC or SSAC,

- fails to declare a substantial corporate interest 

(GoDaddy already holds a large number of gTLDs; in the Sub-Pro context, GoDaddy explicitly opposed my early proposal to limit the number of new gTLDs available for already large incumbent Registries.)

- more generally, the article is written from an exclusively US and commercial point of view.
I consider that ALAC should respond to ICANN, requesting a reply from GNSO to the ALAC Advice.
We should also request that ICANN confirm that all private lobbying in this context is public and transparent.
