[CPWG] [Ext] Re: INFO/ALL - New ICANN Public Comment feature on 31 August

Right Evin. I had a listen to the webinar and they clearly noted that 
staff were setting up accounts for SO/AC comments and there should be no 
confusion re: whether it was and individual or a constituency 
commenting. I admit that was one of my concerns as well.
