[CPWG] ccTLD issues

Hi all.

I hear periodically issues about ccTLD popping up in the discussion - we had some also in the call just finished. I am talking about things like whether .eu is a ccTLD, the issue of UK vs GB, reserved ISO codes, assignment of overseas territories of countries to the region of the mother country, and more.

Would it make sense to ask ccNSO to point us to an explicatory document about all these issues? The problem is that much of that is ancient history - the old elephants among us, like myself, know how most of that came about, but we need to have something for the newcomers.
