[CPWG] Questions to the board about distributed DNS

Eduardo, Chokri,

Thank you for your replies, which tells me what you are talking about
exactly.

I think the mention of use of blockchains in this context clouds the real
issue - which is whether the existence of an alternate DNS to the one that
ICANN "manages" threatens the core concept of one world one Internet.
