Thank again for interest
Yes and No, the use of blockchain will probably decentralized the
regulatation of DNS market without doubt which will be in  conflict with
the key concept of one world one internet, but in the other side the with
blockchain DNS we are going to abandon the heaviest registry registrar
model and will reinforce the security of DNS management at a low costs,
which will make DNS more affordable  and available.

So globally there is some risks but also some opportunities.
