Hi David,
The auction funds usage was decided in a CCWG, the result of this CCWG was
to use them as a Grant Program. The Board approved the results of the CCWG,
and now the Org is trying to implement the Program. The email is for an
invitation to hear from Org on how they are implementing the Program.

After the webinar, the OFBWG or the CPWG should have a discussion in the
proposed implementation, to check if it is according to the results of the
CCWG, and yes, if projects fromAt-Large can be submitted for Grants
approval.
