Updates to Registrant data: Which information, if any, should result in a transfer lock?

I have drafted a response to the TRP PDP working group. Comments are appreciated to https://docs.google.com/document/d/1md4V5y69CA8-DwgiAo4A-Srfp5WNCueKj7oseCtBJWw/edit?usp=sharing. The draft do not include the poll question #4.

The response will be sent to the TRP PDP WG on Monday Sept. 5, 2022.
