[CPWG] Apology - Need to step down from co-chairing the CPWG

Thank you Hadia for stepping in as you did, to co-chair so wonderfully with
Olivier, as you did - a dynamic duo!

But I think we all appreciate the new load that you now have and of course
you want to give it your best.
But thankfully retaining some time for continuing with the CPWG as well .

I'm sure that some generous and equally energetic volunteer from our
At-Large Team will volunteer to take over your role, but you have left big
shoes to fill.

Enjoy your new role as the Chair of AFRALO - I knew it would happen
eventually! You have a great team there. Well done!
