Hi all, 

I¹ve been asked to pass along another reference: The IANAPLAN document as
submitted to the ICG has the complete set of references about the current
working relationship between the IETF and ICANN, but it can also be found at
http://iaoc.ietf.org/contracts.html, first box in the table. The references
include the IETF/ICANN MoU and the full series of SLAs.

their proposals.  

The IETF formed a working group called IANAPLAN, to conduct the work of
planning for the NTIA/IANA transition. Discussion took place over the

NRO (Number Resource Organization)
Including Regional Internet address Registries: AFRINIC, APNIC, ARIN,
LACNIC, RIPE-NCC 
The 5 Regional Internet address Registries (RIRs) each undertook community
consultations in their respective regions from September to November 2014.
>From these consultations, the NRO developed a Consolidated RIR IANA
Stewardship Proposal Team (CRISP Team) which developed the numbering
resources community final proposal
