[CWG-Stewardship] Read the "stress tests" for IANA transition and ICANN accountability obtained by The Register

Agree with Milton - this is unfortunate and we will undoubtedly see more 
of it as we go into the new year.  Any sense as to whether doing hill 
briefings might help?  Or is this just politics and rhetoric?
