[CWG-Stewardship] Read the "stress tests" for IANA transition and ICANN accountability obtained by The Register

I agree that there’s a difference between how the congress is perceived outside of Washington and what the reality is .. For me, it’s perhaps a bit too early to tell with certainty how things will “play out”. For that, I’m waiting to get a sense of the “sense” of congress when the new session starts up in January.
