Any dispute resolution among any of the Owner and the operational communities will follow the same
overall dispute resolution 
mechanism as any other IPR, with two over-riding caveats: the continued operational stability of any
registry hosted at  <http://iana.org/> iana.org is 
paramount.No IFO may continue to publish registries at  <http://iana.org/> iana.org or anywhere
beneath it when the authoritative source for the 
registry data has instructed that such registries be removed.
