Sounds good to me, except you need only “entity” or “organizational structure,” not both.

 “The term IANA functions operator refers to the entity organisational structure that provides the service.  It is independent of the organisation that hosts the operator, currently ICANN.”

But I’m more than happy to hear alternatives.
