Regarding Agenda item 3, Implementation, I suggest that we add a sub-item E, ICANN FY17 Draft Operating Plan & Budget Process.



In the Finance Session that occurred yesterday, it was pointed out that there will be a cutoff in January 2016 when the Finance Team will need to have details of budget needs so that they can finalize the draft FY17 Operating Plan and Budget for public comment posting on March 5, 2016.  In the session yesterday Xavier shared several unanswered questions about PTI that will need to be answered in order to allow the Finance Team to sufficiently prepare the draft budget.  It might be helpful if Xavier could attend the CWG meeting to share those questions with the group if he is available; if he is not available, maybe someone from his team could attend.  (Note that I cc'd Xavier.)



It seems to me that a very important CWG Stewardship implementation task would be to develop recommended answers to Xavier's questions before the end of the year.  If there is agreement with that, then I think we should map out a plan to do that as soon as possible.



I plan to participate remotely in the CWG call on Wednesday and am willing to assist on this as needed.  I also will try to answer any questions anyone has on this before the Wednesday meeting.
