Thanks, Alan, that's what I'm primarily thinking of. It's possible that
some ICANN salary/benefit costs could be allocated to IANA as well, though
the vast majority of such costs will be incurred at the PTI level.

I am certainly NOT referring to all ICANN revenue as IANA revenue. As a
matter of fact, I don't think IANA even generates direct revenue, nor do I
think it would be appropriate to allocate any ICANN revenue to IANA. I was
simply alluding to the fact that budgets include both expenses and revenues.
