[CWG-Stewardship] Preliminary Names SLE Data

To make the task easier, it would be helpful to flag any SLEs for which changes are suggested based on the testing.  That would seem to be where our focus needs to be.

The DTA working with IANA staff proposed and agreed the performance metrics contained in the attached document.... which was also ratified by CWG members.

It would be helpful to all concerned if ICANN/IANA staff could take the metrics table and complete it using the collected data and so we can finalize the SLE before transition.
