[CWG-Stewardship] Agenda for CWG Meeting (22 September 2016 @14:00 UTC)

Dear Co-Chairs/legal team,

Pending the meeting, I just like to understand a section of draft below:

"...*that have affirmed or hereafter affirm in*..."

Why exactly are we including the latter part since it is expected that
those who don't affirm were technically not part of the CWG chartering
organisation. I thought ending at "... that have affirmed..." and COs
confirm that wording would have been sufficient. Otherwise is there an
intention to update the letter after CO's(their rep?) approval?
