[CWG-Stewardship] Letter of instruction from the CWG to ICANN regarding the IANA IPR Community Agreement.

Dear Christopher

I respect you tremendously for your work at the European Commission however, 
I am a little concerned that you nominated yourself as a CCG trustee for the
Naming community without understanding what CCG is all about.
 
Now you ask questions on a public list to highlight your lack of understanding
which was discussed at length on past CWG calls.  

Knowing what the CCG is about and the detailed work of the CWG Naming Community
was a pre-requisite of being a CCG rep. 

We have spent HOURS and HOURS debating the IPR issues and the role of the CCG
representatives.

IMHO in order to avoid making a mockery of the process - may I respectfully ask
that you do some serious amounts of background reading to come up to speed as to
role and responsibility of the CCG and its reps and if (in light of actually
understanding the CCG's role) you decide it is not for you - then you need to
advise the CWG asap, and we can find a replacement.
