This list has been created as a result of the conference call of 20 December 2016 among representatives of the ICANN Board, GAC and GNSO. As a participant on that call, you have been automatically subscribed to this list, which is intended for group discussion of the proposal for a facilitated dialogue between the GAC and the GNSO, to resolve the outstanding issues on protections for IGO acronyms, the names of the Red Cross National Societies, and certain names and acronyms of the international Red Cross movement.

For your information, the current subscribers are:

·         From the GAC: Jorge Cancio, Mark Carvell, Ashley Heineman, Thomas Schneider

·         From the GNSO: Donna Austin, Heather Forrest, James Bladel

As discussions progress, staff will be happy to add other representatives that may be appointed or volunteered from these groups, so please let us know of any updates or requests.

To ensure transparency, all postings to this list will be archived. The mail archives, along with recordings, transcripts and notes of future calls, will be posted to a publicly-available wiki page. We will send around the link as soon as that is available.
