[SLE Team] CWG Approve SLE developed by Naming Community and IANA

Dear Trang

I am delighted to advise that during the CWG call today the SLE
unanimously approved by members of the SLE Working Group was adopted by
the members CWG as a formal part of their transition proposal.

ICANN are now able to use this Service Level Expectation document from
the naming community in the PTI contracts.

I'd like to thank the members of the SLE working group namely: Elaine
Prius, Jeffrey Eckhaus, Jeff Newman, Jay Daley, Patricio Poblete and
Adam Smith.
