I think the response is fine, but I would add that they would be required to go through the selection process as outlined in the Charter. Paragraphs 334, 335, 336 of the proposal.

For your information, this is the current draft response in relation to the CSC part of question #13:

As outlined in its proposal, for the CSC 'one additional TLD representative not considered a ccTLD or gTLD registry operator such as the IAB for .ARPA could also be included in the minimum requirements but is not mandatory'. It is therefore up to .ARPA whether or not to participate in the CSC processes.

On the call, Alan indicated that from his understanding a representative or appointed person from IAB will be involved in the CSC processes, but it would be helpful if you could confirm whether that aligns with your understanding of the CSC.

Please feel free to suggested any edits you may have on this list and we can incorporate these in the version that will be circulated for review to the CWG.

At CWG meeting No 67 today, ICG question No 13 on ARPA role in CSC is specifically challenged.
Timeline on this is aggressive, and DT CSC. Should we agree on an answer? Staff is drafting a proposal, but it might bee good to help ot here.
