[ECAdmin] ICANN 2019 NomCom Selected Nominees to ICANN Board of Directors

Thank you Sam.

On August 19, the only announcement I received from Damon Ashcraft was the
announcement of the NomCom appointments to the ALAC. This is my first
notification of the NomCom appointments to the Board.  A system glitch?
