[ECAdmin] Notification of Board Seat 10 Selection

Hi Stephen..

I think that anyone who is brave enough to hold the pen deserves an
appropriate title (other than penholder!).  I have no disagreements with
your present status - whatever it is -  and responding on our behalf  :-)
