(2) triggers three 21-day Rejection Action Petition Periods, during which an individual may submit a petition to any Decisional Participant, seeking to reject the Board action.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="p1"><span style="font-size:11.0pt;font-family:"Arial",sans-serif">These 21-day periods for (1) IANA FY25 Operating Plan and Budget, (2) ICANN FY25 Operating Plan and Budget and (3) ICANN FY25-29 Operating and Financial Plan commenced on 9 May 2024
and will end at 23:59 PDT on 30 May 2024, or 06:59 UTC on 31 May 2024. Please refer to Article 2, Annex D of the ICANN Bylaws for additional details on the Rejection Process, including all pertinent deadlines and requirements for Rejection Action Petitions:
