If the intention is to carve it out and seek feedback on an evolved version I wouldn’t be 100% opposed, but this inconsistent and quite ham-fisted approach is incredibly annoying.

Infuriating, unacceptable, but also very telling. Huge information asymmetry as always. Not sure why we are spending time on this exercise when ICANN org is actively working to undermine us.
