Thank you to Ricardo for your writeup of concerns related to the Budget
section of the Operating and Financial Operating plans and
thank you too, Marita, for your contribution to the MSM portion of the
Operating Plan.

I have not received any other comments from other members about any other
sections that you believe are positive or perhaps not so positive within
the plan, for At-Large end-users. Happy to  include anything from the
Operating Plan (particularly the Functions) sections

I will put a draft together when I get some time this week, for starters.
Im not as organised as Ricardo. :(
