[Gac-gnso-cg] GAC Survey ..

Thanks, Manal. Looking at the responses to date, it would also be good if
you could encourage respondents to provide any ideas / suggestions they
may have for improvements. The open ended questions have only gotten up to
5 responses per question and those are where I think we'll probably get
the most important feedback.
