Thanks to both of you, this is the clearest recitation I've seen so far of the proposed process.  Excellent work.  Thank you both.  I support the idea of reformatting the document as a set of proposals and I have no suggested edits at this point.

I'm afraid I'm not available on the 27th at our usual time.

Are we almost ready to share the proposal with the GAC and the GNSO council?
