[Gac-gnso-cg] Updated Preliminary Recommendations Issue Scoping

Thanks to Ana for pointing out that it is Monday 9 February and not 8.

My understanding is that the meeting is open to anyone interested and
should be posted on the ICANN meeting schedule shortly, but lunch is in
principle only ordered for the CG members so maybe a system of giving
priority to CG members may need to be considered when it comes to the food
arrangements?
