[Gdd-gnso-ppsai-impl] Link to Privacy/Proxy IRT survey, summary of input at ICANN58, next steps

Hi Amy,

If the goal is to do weekly sessions of 90 minutes it seems to collide 
with the RDS wich starts at 16:00 UTC. I am aware this call might be 
short, but for the future it might be handy to get some coordination 
when it comes to these two groups.
