<span style="font-size:11pt;font-family:Calibri,sans-serif">In an effort to reconcile these two definitions, I opted to mark-up the Registrar’s “definition”.  The first change was replacing the phrase “shall strictly” with “is.”  Specifically I cited to
 Background Briefing Assignment #1 which stated in relevant part that:</span></p>

 replaced with ‘is.”. Alan Greenburg from ALAC tired to propose an alternative wording but the redline stayed as “is”.</span></p>

 review easier.</span></p>

 I do believe it is relevant to our discussion here in this Working Group.</span></p>
