<span style="color:black">confirm the Scoping Team’s recommendation to pause work on the proposals that require access to registration data and defer consideration of recommendations #1 (registrar survey) and #2 (registrar audit) “until such time the DPA negotiations
between ICANN org and Contracted Parties have completed and there is feedback from ICANN org on if/how it anticipates the requesting and processing of registration data will be undertaken in the context of measuring accuracy, or for six months, whichever is
the shorter”. Furthermore, once those conditions are met, the Council will review the Scoping Team’s formation and instructions to make sure these are still fit for purpose.<o:p></o:p></span></p>
