[Gnso-bylaws-dt] REMINDER FOR REVIEW: Revised Guidelines for GNSO-ccNSO Joint Consultation on Initiation of a Special IFR 15 July 2019

All,

I very much support Bart's approach to specify the role and scope of the
SICT as well as its embedding within the related GNSO/ccNSO (councils)
processes. It should be able to start working immediately after its
constitution which needs some preparatory work of the councils
(nomination of 2 members).

I wonder wheter we should we should recommend at least to the GNSO
council nominating "stand-by" members or a pool of potentials who could
step in quickly on demand.

Best regards

Wolf-Ulrich
