I was checking the documents mentioned by your written and I see that the document "Review and Discuss Approach for Guidelines for 18.12 Special IANA Naming Function Reviews (IFRs)" is not inside the attached files. So, I would like to ask if the document wasn't attached or simply was an unexpected mistake due to it is included on our next meeting agenda.
