Thanks, Julie and Ariel.

These updates around "consideration" look good. I have tinkered with the
last sentence to try to emphasise the need for all of us, whether we like
it or not, to move swiftly, and not to use failure to do so as a means of
blowing up the final outcome. Frankly, I found this difficult to word
diplomatically and clearly, so any improvements there most welcome!

Otherwise it looks good to me.
