The slides are prepared in order to facilitate the group’s discussion of the WS2 recommendation 2 on the Guidelines for Good Faith Conduct.

Per discussion from the last meeting, there is a request for Staff to provide more background and context related to this recommendation, which is pertaining to the Empowered Community and GNSO Council Bylaw Drafting Team efforts. The draft slides provide some background and highlight the areas that are relevant to WS2 recommendation 2. Additional details will be covered during the upcoming meeting.
