<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">Thank you very much for volunteering to the Council Committee for Overseeing and Implementing Continuous Improvement (COICI). In order to get the ball rolling, the staff support team has created a wiki page (see
<a href="https://community.icann.org/x/JYMZCg">https://community.icann.org/x/JYMZCg</a>) with all the relevant information.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">As you may have seen, the Committee is still missing a Chair (<a href="https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2021-July/024892.html">https://mm.icann.org/pipermail/council/2021-July/024892.html</a>) but to date no one
has stepped forward. As noted in the framework document: “</span><span style="mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">The committee would be chaired by a member of the Council who would serve in ex-officio capacity.</span><span lang="EN-US" style="mso-fareast-language:EN-GB">”
In his message, Philippe had also suggested that incoming Council members could be considered for this role. Is there anyone amongst you that might be interested in taking on this responsibility, even if this would mean that your group may need to appoint
another representative, or is there another Council member of your SG/C that you might be able to convince to take on this role?
