 had no concerns but asked that it be opened prior to ICANN75 to allow discussion and input during the meeting, and allowing addition time for the public comment to be open.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast" style="margin-left:0in;mso-add-space:auto;mso-list:l3 level1 lfo12">
