<p class="MsoNormal"><span lang="EN-US">On behalf of the GNSO Statement of Interest Task Force (SOI TF), please find attached their recommendations report following their review of the GNSO SOI requirements. As you will note, the TF reached full consensus on
its recommendations apart from one essential element which has been highlighted in yellow in section 2 of the report with the different views further explained in Annex A in the different SG/C statements that were received. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
